Today we will explore the feelings of being misunderstood. Then we'll address the core questions, "Can I detach from the pain of feeling misunderstood by another person? Can I accept that they do not fully connect with me on this topic or at this time? Can I be okay without their acceptance and understanding?"
I will use a few minutes to talk about Santosha. This yogic concept reminds us to look inward and find our own peace & acceptance. A feeling of contentment with who we are and how we feel in this moment.
