Description

The H.A.L.T. Principle serves as a warning system.  We can backslide the progress we are making in our lives when these basic needs are not met. Fortunately, hunger, anger, loneliness, and tiredness can be identified and addressed.  No one is perfect, but we aim to quell these states before making decisions.
