Description

How we choose to “power down” for sleep is unique to each individual person.  From the tools you use to prepare yourself for slumber, like running a fan or a sound machine.  The way you adjust your pillows, blankets for ultimate comfort.  

Today, I want to offer another technique to help your mind and body relax for sleep.  It is called PMR, or Progressive Muscle Relaxation.   We’ll review the benefits and then I will walk you through a full round of PMR for our meditation practice together.  Get ready to power down, it’s time to Hurry Up And Meditate.
