Description

One way to cultivate our meditation practice is to use PRATYAHARA, a withdraw of the senses.  In this meditation, we will eliminate two of our senses to heighten our practice, 1) closing our eyes and 2) numbing our hearing with the white noise from a fan.  

During this meditation, if your thoughts begin to intrude, simply come back to your breath and the sound of the fan.  It's time to Hurry Up And Meditate.
