Good leaders perform an analysis well and often.  SWOT is an acronym that stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and it is an easy and effective way to evaluate most situations.  It helps leaders to obtain an objective view of a situation or a decision they are weighing. 
Analyzing the benefit of meditation in your life is a bit more subtle.  I can tell you that you’ll start to feel a shift in your life after you have been regularly meditating for a few days.  After a few weeks, it will be undeniable. 
The first change I began to feel when I started meditating was a mental clarity and an ease of decision-making throughout my day.  The sense of knowing exactly who I was and what I wanted came easier to me on days when I meditated.  I felt calmer and more confident.
