Description

Even though self-care is essential for total body health, it is not always accessible or easy.  There are days when I just don’t feel motivated or have time for your self.  I have tasks to attend to and I can’t squeeze in time to relax.  This is when self-care feels annoying.

Let’s explore this idea further and create a Self-Care Reference Sheet that can be used the next time some self care is in order.  Then, I’ll walk you through a guided meditation that will help you to appreciate the little things in life with more gratitude.
