On today's episode we open a bottle of Broc Cellar's 2021 Amore Blendo. This is a red table wine made from Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Sauvignon Blanc, Dolcetto, and a dash of Trebbiano. A cool thing about this wine is that it was co-fermented, meaning the grapes were fermented together whole cluster.
