In today's episode we talk about it being ok to not be ok. There are going to be times where we feel we aren’t ok or things aren’t going our way. We are humans having a human experience. Mindset isn’t all about being positive all the time. I see it as more self development, self awareness and self acceptance. 

In the moment we may not see not being ok as ok, but I want you to know it’s telling you something. There is something we can learn from times when we are not ok. In the episode I go into this in more detail and how you can use this to help you. From this place of not feeling ok, it gives you that awareness to go into it deeper. Allowing you to heal and release the cause of this and break free from patterns which no longer serve us.
