We can sometimes find ourselves, doing and being 100 things for everyone else, and forget ourselves. We can be making everyone else a priority, above ourselves, which can cause: burnout, anxiety, stress and more.
You know that feeling when your iPhone is on 1%, it can only perform as 1%. Then we allow them to recharge to get back up to 100%. That’s just like us…
