In today's episode I talk to you about some tools, tips and guidance to help when you feel like you’re not in control. 

I’ve been there, points where I was having panic attacks because I felt out of control in my own thoughts and body. Times where I thought life was happening to me and I had no control over it. 

During them times I reminded myself that I am in control and I do have choices, that there is another way. Today I talk to you about some ways which helped me, and that could help you. I hope you are able to take some of this away and it resonates with you.
