In this episode, I introduce a simple, yet effective, mindfulness tool: pausing. Pausing is exactly what it sounds like - intentionally coming back to the present moment. Multiple times throughout the day. 

I talk about why this simple tool is SO effective + eventually, over time, creates a foundation for lasting transformation.
