Phew, we made it to the last episode in the March 2023 series on habits, and today we're digging in on committing to the process. For me, goals that are centered on improving my health and wellbeing can be the hardest to follow through on, and I know that I am not alone. In today's episode we'll talk about how we use the goal to decide on a behavior or action step, and then we let go of the goal. This can create tremendous successes, and we may even find ourselves surpassing the goal; but along the way, we become someone with truly solid and impactful habits.
