I think patients would be surprised by how many Physicians label themselves as procrastinators, too lazy to get stuff done; but this is a common concern that I hear, that we can't stop procrastinating.
On today's episode, we talk about why we procrastinate. It's not that Netflix is so entertaining, it's about preventing discomfort and emotions that we don't want to feel. Once we understand that, we can start to do the work of ending procrastination, one chart, or one push-up at a time.
