In this episode, we talk about how it isn't time that is the enemy (we all have the same 24 hours after all), but it's the number of things that we need/"should"/want to do with our time that is the problem. And when we carry this list with us, stuck in our heads, we endlessly "should" on ourselves, making it very difficult to relax during the actual time off (weekend, day off, vacation, etc).
