In this episode, Lorene Roberts speaks with the inspirational Simone Michelle a yoga expert from Balance and Flow 4 Life, she tells us her personal story, and the changes that happened in her life as the result of her children growing up and leaving home, have affected her and how she changed her business model to reflect these changes in her own circumstances.
We talk about how it is our job as mothers, to give our children the skills and tools to go into the world and live their own lives, and when this happens we move from the role of being the responsible mothers of children transitioning to becoming singular women in charge of our own destiny, as we take on the new roles and responsibilities.
