In this episode I interview Sarai Estudillo Nunez Personal Kickboxing Trainer and Owner of GRITT NY. GRITT is a 60 min full body workout that builds strength and endurance with powerful punching and kicking sequences. The workout enhances endurance, speed and stamina on the standing bags and hanging bags. It tones bodies and core with calisthenics.

Sarai has bachelors in International Business. Her certifications include digital marketing, assertive communication, Certified in Nutrition by Cornell University, and certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and currently working on four more certifications by the same academy.
Her passion is seeing people live healthier lives. The physical transformations are amazing but most importantly the mental and emotional transformation is what inspires me to be in the health and fitness industry. The foundation for GRITT came from losing my mother to ovarian cancer on 12.22.2016. Her mother became the driving force behind her passion for fitness and nutrition. GRITT is the courage, bravery, backbone, spirit, strong character, the strength of will, nerve, determination, tenacity, perseverance, and fortitude to push forward through anything in life. It’s a mindset that she wants to help people achieve.
