February 2020, for Black History Month, I launched my own BLAK Gardener Virtual Talk Tour, which opened many doors for me, so in Fall of 2021, I relaunched it as simply "BLAK. GARDENER TALK," aka "Grow By Any Means Necessary." However, it is a slightly different spin as I'll be highlighting black and brown gardeners/farmers worldwide.
Sometimes we just need our own space to talk!

Agriculture is the backbone of the world, providing most of the world's food and fabrics. With nearly 164 million homeowners in the US, 49% have gardened in the last 12 months. The garden community can benefit greatly by joining, sharing practices, crops and love throughout the nation to be a beacon of inspiration to future gardeners.
2 Green Thumbz Garden was officially established in 2020 during the Covid Pandemic as a quarantine garden to encourage friends and family that although we must stay home to be safe, we can still thrive, grow and have fun. Gardening is a hobby I picked up and had more time to devote to it during the stay home phase of the pandemic. Since then, 2 Green Thumbz garden has captured the attention of many by sharing content from the garden along with tips and strategies.
