Go find out who the recruiter is, or go find out who the hiring manager is and send them a direct message on LinkedIn. That's good advice. And say, ‘I have applied. Is there anything else you need from me? Are there any other roles that you think would be a good fit for me?’ You have to do the extra thing.”
