“Post COVID, people have a new appreciation for what is possible in terms of flexibility. We had to adapt, so people come from a different perspective. Now they're like, ‘I know this is possible. What can you give to me, because I've seen this happen?’ So, employers also now have to adjust and be ready for that reasonable expectation from people.”
