Mario Dattilo was born in Minnesota and currently resides in Florida. He has over 14 years of real estate investment experience. He was previously a managing partner of a real estate brokerage and currently holds a real estate broker license in the state of Florida. His investment career began in rehabbing/flipping single family homes which lasted 8 years until his company transitioned into investing in institutional grade manufactured home communities and self storage in 2015. The companies portfolio owns and operates assets in four states. The "Mario Dattilo Show", Mario's YouTube channel and the "MHP Tribe" are platforms Mario is using to help educate and expose others to the MHP industry.Mario is a co-founder and has co-managed Real Estate Acquisitions USA Corp’s residential, mobile home park, and self storage real estate portfolios since inception. His current role includes oversight of acquisitions and investor relations.
