Regardless of what hierarchies and organizations communicate to us, intelligence is not a limited commodity. In fact, when the concentration of problem solving, brainstorming, and innovation is left to a small group of people, the results will reflect that finite contribution.
In today's episode, we're moving past being task-oriented and burden-focused in our leadership. Instead, we're looking at the relational through line that empowers great collaboration. Leadership shouldn't be a pyramid, but a funnel instead. You have influence and contribution all around you. The question is, are you willing to do the relational work necessary to garner and steward those contributors?
