Honoring Our Season Meditation

Honoring our bodies is the ultimate self-care, so why not give them a chance to communicate? Meditation has been a life-changing habit that allowed my mind to shut down all the tabs. Using our cycle to guide us in our daily tasks helps propel us in the intentions meant in that season. 

Once I learned how to shut down my mind by using meditation, here is what happened:

Honoring our season meditation

Today’s meditation is to help you ground in your body to see what season your body is experiencing. It could reflect from mother nature, your cycle, or even a project you are working on. I walk you walk through the intentions of each season. We are going to see what is speaking to our mind body and soul. 

You may not get a clear answer and that is perfect.

We are giving space for our bodies to communicate and sometimes it takes practice for our body to feel safe to come through. 

There is no wrong way to do this mediation. Take a walk in nature to connect to mother earth, sit in mediation, or while you are moving your body. Allow your body the time and space to communicate its needs so you can nourish it with this intention throughout the day.
