We often talk about how important it is to nourish our bodies, but what does that actually look like? In this episode, I’ll discuss the importance of cycle nutrition and workouts. Our cycles are intelligent, and we are meant to work with them in order to nourish our bodies in the best way possible. This means understanding the phases within our cycles and adjusting our nutrition and workouts accordingly.
A significant factor in my weight loss was that I finally understood that my body goes through cycles and that keeping a strict diet and workout routine was hurting me. The more I dove into the cycle, the more I knew I was nourishing my body in the best way. I think of it as the highest form of self-care for anyone who experiences a cycle.
