As a certified nutritionist, veteran law enforcement officer, and long-time shift worker, I've battled with the same struggle.  It's not about getting the perfect abs or losing weight, but about finding joy in moving your body and making it a habit. One personal training session a week helped me get back on track, and from there, I've gradually added more sessions.Â
