Jessica was on birth control for 15+ years. When she started thinking about coming off the pill she was getting no clear answers and was trying to find information and answers. No one was really telling her anything, so she took things into her own hands by doing her own research. She shares with us her journey and how it felt and looked like coming off the pill. She synced her nutrition, exercise and essential oils to help with the symptoms she was having and to help balance her hormones.
