Sarah is honest about her journey experiencing life as a teenager not knowing who she was, she was a bit lost. She also shares with us her experience with anxiety and panic attacks. Hot Mess Body was the first business in Australia to be offered a space in a program for a small business to create a pathway to grow and succeed into a retail store. Hot Mess Body had a retail shop at Stocklands Shellharbour for 12 months.
