This episode is a special one for me. Dr Libby is a powerhouse and is someone I deeply respect, admire and look up to.  Six years ago I picked up one of her books at Auckland International Airport as I was moving my life and my two dogs to Wollongong . This book changed my life and lead me to opening my health and wellness studio (Self Care Studio) in 2020.
