A bit about my guest, from my beautiful guest today:
I’m Lena Moxon, a purpose and embodiment guide, certified by the Dharma Coaching Institute and featured as a guide on Wellweb. I’ve spent most of my life creating containers where discovery and growth can happen. I have owned and operated gyms and personal training studios for the last 13 years in Sydney, Auckland and now Geelong, Victoria. My role has always been to facilitate a process that encourages people to discover what they need to discover and makes positive change possible.
Working with me will give you the freedom to begin to understand what it means to be fully expressed with your life, and to do what you do from a place of curiosity, creative resiliency and joy rather than fear and defensiveness.
