Trina O'Duffy is living in Madrid.  She is a holistic wellness coach & yoga teacher who has a business called My Collective Compass - Trina is passionate about gut health and wellness -  inspiring others to get to know themselves and what they need. 

"I have been passionate about wellness from a very young age. My mum introduced me to holistic wellness therapies such as reflexology and healing massage as a child because growing up I suffered from severe allergy problems, asthma and digestive problems.

I was interested to learn more about my body and how holistic therapies could help me further. This led me on my personal journey to healing my gut health, asthma, and allergies - becoming medication free after 20-something years of inhalers and antihistamines! I learnt the importance of balancing my body and mind connection.

 My journey inspired me to help other people so I trained to be a health coach as well as a yoga instructor. 

Trina shares her story of how she finally paused and listened to her body.

Holistic health and wellness is a practice that considers a person as a whole - mind, body and spirit - to support strong wellbeing and get the root cause of any issues.
