We head over to Mexico for a chat with Dr Alexia Mellor. Alexia is the founder of Mystic dog Mama, she is a mum to rescue pup Lucky, a Reiki master, an aspiring canine nutrition professional, an animal communicator and is a firm believer that dogs are our healers. She is also the host of the Mystic Dog Mama podcast which is born out of the desire to create a beautiful community for dog moms to learn so much about our dogs. Today we're going to talk a little bit about the human + dog connection, how we can best nourish our dogs and ourselves and how to walk the spiritual path with your dog. Alexia believes our dogs are our mirrors, they choose us and are always showing us what we need to work on.
