In this episode of "Help Me, Rhonda!," Dr. Rhonda Karg interviews Mouse, a veteran and weight-loss life coach, about his suicide attempt 4 years ago.  Mouse discusses what led up to him attempting suicide, how he experienced a shift in his mindset following the attempt, and what has helped him the most on his inspirational healing journey.
