Description

Lisa Piper and her family own "Natural Living Food Co-Op and Cafe". They believe in communities taking care of one another. In this spirit the Piper family were some of the heroes during Hurricane Harvey and even when Covid started. They offered care packages, food, vitamins and so much more to Harvey Victims and first responders.

When they took in Lisa's mom who had Alzheimer's, they were diligent about finding a home that had not been impacted by Harvey. This, due to things out of their control, was not the case. They were blindsided and were taken on a journey that has left them with over $100,000 in medical bills and life altering realities.

In Part 2 here directly about the previous owners didn't disclose the issues that had taken place due to Harvey, how the mold was so bad a Remediation Crew quit because they were getting sick, to the tens of thousands of dollars spent on a process that would not end in the Piper's family favor.
