Lisa Piper and her family own "Natural Living Food Co-Op and Cafe". They believe in communities taking care of one another. In this spirit the Piper family were some of the heroes during Hurricane Harvey and even when Covid started. They offered care packages, food, vitamins and so much more to Harvey Victims and first responders.
When they took in Lisa's mom who had Alzheimer's, they were diligent about finding a home that had not been impacted by Harvey. This, due to things out of their control, was not the case.
