After starting in the Union, Ella Burke became the HR friend that people would come to.
Ella had a close friend come to her dropping hints about issues at work.
With hesitation, she finally shared what was happening, and as a new grad didn't know what to do.
So Ella started independent HR company Employii to help her friend with advice and guidance and found it was a much needed service.
