On a mission to create impactful change in and for the world around her, Philippa Lonie started out in the justice system.
In the arena with the big dogs in employment law, and feeling something was missing, she began her career progression in an unexpected way.
It was through her time in Human Resources within the FIFO, Resource and Tech sectors that she began to unlock her super power.
Leading the way in understanding people and helping organisations and leaders to do the same, Philippa now owns her own business working as a workplace investigator and HR Advisor helping organisations understand how to keep their employees safe physically and mentally.
