This week on the MiFit Podcast interviewed National Champion gymnast, Dave Durante. Dave was a part of the 2020 Beijing olympic team, coached Stanford to a national title in 2009, and is the co-owner of Power Monkey Fitness and Power Monkey Camp. Dave is such an amazing athlete and it was an honor to hear his stories from competing as well as how he coaches CrossFit athletes to become better gymnasts.
