Description

Rich Diviney spent 20+ years as a Navy SEAL Officer where he completed more than 13 overseas deployments - 11 of which were to Iraq and Afghanistan. Through his career, Rich achieved multiple leadership positions including Commanding Officer of a Navy SEAL Command. 

Since retirement in 2017, Rich has worked as a speaker, facilitator, and consultant with companies like Chapman & Co, Leadership Institute, and Simon Sinek Inc. 

Rich’s most recent book titled,  The Attributes: 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance was inspired by Rich’s experience in the SEAL selection process. After years of observation, Rich learned to identity a successful set of core attributes that translated over into success both as an individual as well as a teammate.
