Description

As we come upon this season of Halloween - where we look for things that might scare us in a fun and transient way - we will cozy up with the made up things that instill a fear within us - a fear that we battle with a little too often β€” perhaps needlessly fighting these fears.
Β
We will take excerpts from a Stoic philosopher - Seneca - who wrote many philosophical pieces - many in the form of letters.Β  This letter is on β€œGroundless Fears” written to Lucilius:
πŸŽƒ
β€œThere are more things likely to frighten us than there are to crush us; we suffer more often in imagination than in reality.”

Join us on our journey where we will be better at recognizing fears that may never come to be and how we can be more mindful and present to combat the fears that torment us needlessly. Β

Be present and be mindful, people!Β  Right Here! Right Now!
