This personal journey ultimately propelled her to be the Chair of ABA’s commission on Lawyer’s Assistance Program and the Founding co-chair of the National Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being and co-author of its groundbreaking 2017 report, The Path to Well-Being: Practical Recommendations for Positive Change. Now she’s the president of the Institute for Well-Being in Law (IWIL).
