Andrea was a woman always wanting to do her best. She put immense pressure on herself, in denial about the wolf at the door--her failing mental health. Her cries for help were either ignored or not treated correctly and the result was a terrible tragedy that absolutely could have been prevented. Everyone in Andrea's life, from her spouse to medical staff, failed her.
