Ronald Gene Simmons had a big family. He set his sights on his eldest daughter after his wife could no longer provide him children. He fathered a child from that assault, though his daughter was able to escape his clutches...for a while. His wife endured a marriage full of control and abuse and made it known, in early December, that she would be divorcing Ronald. Ronald retaliated by killing anyone and everyone who had wronged him, including his grandchildren. In 1987 on December 22 through the 28th, Ronald killed a total of sixteen people in Arkansas, most of them his own children and grandchildren. We go deep into this disturbing case that hit a little too close to home.
