Description

"I am analysing the researching thematically and putting it into a format that can be used; there is a gap between research and practice and that is the gap that I am bridging."

This episode with Nadine Wilches deep dives into preventative and integrative systemic approaches that support wellbeing education. She shares the different elements of the model Mind the Class utilise to support schools as well as the importance of experiencing and overcoming failure. Nadine discusses how she helps to build capacity, empower and connect teams so they can make progress year after year with autonomy and self-direction.

The second hat Nadine wears is an Integrative Mental Health Consultant through Neuropsycle. We discuss the approach and practices used to support her clients and the close connections these have to Mind the Class.  The pressure on schools in 21st century education is discussed as well as the importance of context and culture.

Thank you for coming on this journey to create a better future for our life long learners!
