We are talking about one of Philadelphia’s most baffling crimes that continues to stump police for the past 60 years. Its about a little boy who was found in the woods wrapped in a plaid blanket in a bassinet box in February of 1957. Police went through extreme measures to identify the young boy, but have had no luck.
