William Holland is the Founder and CEO of Bigger Picture Holdings LLC, a real estate investment company headquartered in Dallas, TX that focuses on acquiring value-add multifamily properties.
William specializes in educating investors about the advantages of passively investing in commercial real estate through syndication. William previously was on Balfour Beatty’s Pre-construction team, helping develop budgets for upcoming large residential and commercial projects totaling over $2 billion dollars. His first role in Balfour Beatty was managing over $20 million worth of construction planning, execution, and quality control on a 26-story skyscraper.
William has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He enjoys playing basketball, cycling, camping, serving at church, and spending time with friends and family. The most important thing in his life is his relationship with Jesus and his seeking to glorify God in all that he does.
