John was a young attorney who did not have a passion for practicing law. Starting with a 2 family in 2007, we have grown our real estate holdings into assets of around $50 million today. Our holdings consist of around 250 apartment doors and approximately 350k sq ft of self-storage and light industrial (approx 2500 storage units) and we are continually looking to grow.

We have done joint ventures but no syndications to date. Most of our growth has been self-funded using proceeds from prior acquisitions to fund future purchases.
