Ryan Andrews is a Real Estate Developer, Investor and CFO/ Managing Partner at Hiatus Homes. He worked with partner Jesse Russell to launch the Hiatus Capital Fund in 2020 to grow Hiatus Homes' ability to scale with additional projects and provide investors with an opportunity to take part in these projects financially.

Ryan is an expert in capitalizing real estate development projects. The Hiatus Capital Fund is his 7th fund. He also manages the Aerial recession resistant Fund which holds equity in over 50 mobile parks, self storage facilities, and apartment buildings. Additionally he manages US Operations for the Phoenix Real Estate Debt Fund which holds a portfolio of 250+ loans on construction projects across the US. Ryan has been a Sponsor/ CFO for 7 development and construction projects totaling over $65 million in real estate.
