Steeve Breton is the founder of Velocity Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm. He is a sponsor in >2,000 apartment units valued at over $200M. He’s also invested passively in over 20 syndications. 

Prior to founding Velocity Capital Steeve built a successful career in IT Systems, responsible for large teams and multi-million dollar projects. Steeve holds an MBA from Babson College’s Olin School of Business.
