Description

Ashley is joined by Noah Pines a highly recognized lawyer.
We talk about the GA Innocence Project for Joey Watkins.  Joey spent 22 years in prison for a murder he didn’t commit.  His case was profiled on the Undisclosed podcast, which is probably the first true crime podcast created.

As a lawyer, Noah is known for his innate ability to simplify complex issues into concepts that are easy for judges and juries to understand. Throughout his career, Noah has conducted more than 150 jury trials, and written more than 100 appeals.  His ability to methodically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the cases he handles allows him to act quickly, focus resources where they are needed, and develop multi-tiered strategies for his clients. His meticulous trial preparation, his knowledge of the law, and his mastery of the courtroom make him a tremendous asset to the clients he represents.

Noah is a regular guest on CourtTV, he has appeared on 20/20, and he is often asked for his legal opinion by local and national news sources.  Noah also spends time talking to high school kids about how to steer clear from the pitfalls they encounter.

Outside of being a lawyer, Noah spends his time training for endurance events - completing in challenges like 29029, running 53 5ks and 53 10ks in a year, and volunteering for the Kyle Pease Foundation (pushing wheelchairs for athletes with disabilities).

Most importantly, he is a husband and a father of two kids & two dogs, plus a grand-dog and a grand-cat.
