Richmond ToolBank's Executive Director Toby Vernon is back at River City Podcast to share what their motto- "Together, we do more good" really means. They lend over $1 million dollars in tools and equipment to community based organizations! Tools are borrowed by hundreds of organizations that lead to over 1,000 projects each year. Contributing to Richmond ToolBank really means contributing to dozens of other organizations that are serving our area.
As we all consider how to give back this fundraising season, Toby explains that every dollar an individual or a company donates translates into $33 dollars being donated to the nonprofit and voluntary sector here in Richmond.
