Transitions are the change from one season to another. Solomon, when becoming king, asked God for one thing: wisdom to lead:
2 Chronicles 1:10
Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of Yours?”
In Deuteronomy, the Lord promises the blessing to those who obey His Word:
6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
I believe the “in” and “out” in both Scriptures can apply to seasons. Solomon asking for wisdom to transition in and out of seasons of life. The Blessing on us when we come into a new season and out of another one. Transitions are full of change. The season itself stabilizes but changing seasons means destabilization.

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
