Matt. 20:20-28
To serve means to put the needs of others before yourself and without the expectation of reciprocity
Who are you serving and what areas are you serving?
Jesus’s example:
“just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.””
Matthew 20:28 NKJV
1. Service in the kingdom requires giving of something that is valuable. Don’t make abundance or surplus a prerequisite to service
2. When you are a servant, you will be taken advantage of sometime.
3. Realize that we are working for the Lord and not for men. We belong to the Lord and not to the world.
